The artist's impressionistic touch celebrates coastal heritage with warmth and authenticity.

    • André Beronneau is a celebrated post-impressionist painter renowned for his vibrant landscapes that capture the diverse beauty of France’s countryside and coastal regions.

Beronneau studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where he was exposed to the techniques and philosophies of the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist movements. He embraced the techniques of en plein air painting. His early work reflects a dedication to capturing the transient effects of light and atmosphere, hallmarks of the Impressionist aesthetic.

Beronneau’s exhibited at the Salon des Indépendants in Paris between 1926 and 1935, earning acclaim from critics and collectors alike. His paintings serve as enduring tributes to the beauty of France, preserving a visual record of its diverse regions during a time of profound change.
