EXHIBITION
The Petworth Park Antiques & Fine Art Fair 2025
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
Gladwell & Patterson are delighted to be exhibiting at The Petworth Park Antiques & Fine Art Fair for the third time this May. To bring in the late springtime, we'll be nestled within the grounds of the famous National Trust property, Petworth House, in the picturesque market town of Petworth, West Sussex. With our gallery comes a wonderful selection of fine art and sculpture. The fair boasts an outstanding collection of furniture, jewellery and many other unique works of art, spanning centuries.
Our gallery, Gladwell & Patterson celebrate being the oldest art gallery in London, with our history dating back to 1746. Over many years, we have sought out the finest artists and their remarkable, original works. We have carefully curated an exquisite selection of artworks, focusing our collection for The Petworth Park Antiques & Fine Art Fair which will showcase a stunning variation of paintings and limited edition sculpture.
The highlight of our exhibition is an astonishing painting, by Edward Brian Seago, RBA, ARWS, RWS (British, 1910-1974), 'Le Maire Channel, Graham Land, Antarctic', finished after accompanying the late Prince Philip on his tour of the Antarctic Peninsular and Falkland Islands in the austral summer of 1956-7.
