      Glenn has played a central role in guiding Gladwell & Patterson through a period of renewal and growth, carefully balancing heritage with forward-looking vision. Alongside the gallery, he is co-owner of Molecey’s Marvellous Mill in Market Deeping, a restored water mill and landmark events venue. Under his stewardship with Graham Magee, the mill now hosts Gladwell & Patterson’s outdoor Sculpture Trail.

      Cory graduated with First Class Honours from King’s College before completing postgraduate study at the Courtauld Institute, specialising in nineteenth-century French painting. Over the past thirty years she has developed wide-ranging expertise across painting, sculpture, furniture and photography, alongside a finely attuned eye for quality. Cory travels extensively to international art fairs and exhibitions, cultivating long-standing relationships with collectors and continuing the gallery’s tradition of personal, informed advice.

      Graham joined Gladwell & Patterson in 2010 and is integral to the gallery’s creative and operational direction. As Head of Design, he oversees installations, exhibitions and the creative development of Molecey’s Marvellous Mill alongside Glenn. He has organised more than sixty international art fairs, ensuring the smooth delivery of a wide-ranging external programme.

      Emily joined Gladwell & Patterson in 2016 and now leads the gallery’s sales activity. She works closely with collectors, guiding acquisitions with care and insight as collections develop. Her role spans private sales and international art fairs, where she represents the gallery across the UK, America and Asia. Emily is valued for her ability to build long-term client relationships founded on trust, knowledge and shared enthusiasm for art.
