Description
The Light Drifting Into the Blue presents an expansive coastal horizon where sea and sky meet in broad fields of colour. A wide plane of water occupies the foreground, its surface reflecting muted violets and soft greys, while a narrow strip of land stretches across the distance. Along this horizon a vivid band of orange and crimson marks the final light of sunset. Near the centre a vertical flare of yellow descends from the horizon and dissolves into the water below, its reflection extending through the surface in a luminous column.
